We utilized Jim as our agent to market and sell our mother's condo in Springfield, OH after she had relocated to the Cincinnati area. As my wife has her own real estate license as well, we collaborated on pricing strategies, and reviews of the offers we received. Jim was highly effective in managing buyer expectations, communicating with us as the seller on traffic flow, offers, and listening to our thoughts and balancing those against his own expertise. His knowledge of the Springfield market, especially for north end condos, was evident throughout! In the end, we received and accepted an offer that was in line with our expectations, closing ahead of schedule. Our entire family felt very confident in Jim's ability to work the sale locally on his end and collaborate with us remotely.

Jim was key in selling our home according to our timeline requirements. He arranged professional photography and web exposure. Jim guided us through the process from initial evaluation to closing. He coordinated the visits of prospective buyers, the negotiation and closure. He was available and answered our questions. Our house now has a young couple settling into their home.

When we saw a property advertised by another agent Jim got us into the house in less th an 24 hours. He was able to answer questions about the neighborhood and was able to explain a potential problem with a neighboring property. He has kept us up-to-date on the resolution to that problem. He as able to get a whole house inspection done quickly. That inspection revealed minor issues the sellers corrected. His professionalism gave us peace of mind.

I've known Jim for many years. He defines integrity and professionalism. I would never have another agent because the best always comes from dealing with Jim. Our property had a "sale pending" sign in front of the house in only two days. Jim's sales staff are all very capable and he trains them well.

1. Jim met with us and helped us determine a realistic and marketable price for our property.
